Jaidev Iyer

co-Founder, Chairman and CEO

Jaidev Iyer is co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of RiskCounts, and President of J-Risk Advisors, a consulting firm focusing on Enterprise / Operational risk, based in New York.

Jaidev was with Citigroup for 28 years, retiring as Global Head of ICG Operational Risk

Prior roles included heading Risk for Asset Management, Structured Products for Private Banking, Americas Market Risk, Middle East Treasury, Asia Derivatives Financial Engineering, and Asia Market Risk. Jaidev was also UBS IB Head of Operational Risk, Board Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Chairman of the Curriculum Council for MoodysiRSQ.

He is a CFA Charter holder, and has attended programs in Behavioral Finance, and Executive Strategies at Harvard's "John F. Kennedy School of Government". He has also attended the Advanced Executive Program at the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Piyush Srivastava

co-Founder, President & Chief Operating Officer

Piyush is the co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of RiskCounts. Piyush has over two decades of experience in financial services industry. He brings a good mix of banking and consulting experience to RiskCounts.

Piyush started his career as a banker/ risk manager at Wall Street, where he was exposed to several areas of banking in roles with Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Regulatory & Economic Capital and Stress testing.

In his consulting tenure, as the global head of capital markets consulting practice, Piyush advised fortune 500 clients in the areas of risk and compliance transformation, process transformation and financial transformation. He has actively been involved with strategy, process implementation, technology implementation and managing client relationships.

Piyush earned his M.S. (Financial Markets & Trading) from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and earned an MBA (Marketing) & BS (Physics) from University of Pune, India.

Prashant Prabhu

VP (Engineering) & Acting CTO

Prashant is RiskCounts' VP of Engineering and Acting CTO. He heads the RiskCounts development team in India is also the Founder and CTO of ThinkingCode, a new generation technology engineering firm based out of Bangalore.

Prashant describes himself as a startup guy with a passion for technology. His passion is solving complex real world problems blending technology, scalable architectures and beautiful design and watching concept turn to reality. He has been helping startups and enterprises both large and small realize their product vision. From technical strategy to product roadmaps, he is involved in innovation for his clients, partners and stakeholders.

Lina Verma

Director - Client Services & Project Management

Lina is Director of Client Services and Project Management at RiskCounts.

Lina has worked for over two decades in  IT Management and Project Engineering in India and United States. Over the years, Lina has developed considerable expertise in client management, project management, people management, product development and administrative experience. She brings the same passion for product development, project management and client relationship management to RiskCounts.

Badri Nath

Chief Scientific Advisor

Badri is Chief Scientific Advisor at RiskCounts. A problem solver with a deep understanding of data analytics processes and design of machine learning models to meet business objectives.

While being a faculty member at Rutgers University, Badri has been a
consultant to various companies including Kirusa, Synacor, Mformation
technologies, and Lucent Bell-labs. In this role, he has led R&D groups,
worked with product management, promoted product features to
partners and customers. Badri has worked with product management
to integrate workflows, deliver PoC with data analytics and ML
methods; designed techniques and product enhancements to improve
key performance metrics. In a chief scientist role, he has driven
roadmap activities, provided input to product features, and overall
product architecture for revenue enhancement at several companies.
He is an excellent speaker having given talks to standards bodies,
research gatherings, and technical sales.

Badri has a PhD in Computer Science from UMASS, Amherst. His
research interests include machine learning techniques to improve
computer systems and use of scalable techniques to improve machine
learning. During his tenure as a professor at Rutgers University, he has
won 3 test-of-time best paper awards and 2 best teaching awards.
