Fenton Aylmer

Fenton is the co-Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board at RiskCounts.

Fenton is a risk strategist who works with Boards and C-Suite executives in the financial services industry helping them establish risk-intelligence and adapt to their evolving landscape.

Fenton has over 3 decades of experience as a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and senior risk executive in large regional and money center banks. As such, he managed the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, mitigate, monitor, and report risk.

Fenton was most recently the CRO at New York Community Bank (NYCB). Prior to joining NYCB, he led several risk functions at Citigroup, including Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Reputational Risk, and Regulatory Capital Risk. Before that, Fenton was a risk consultant at both EY and KPMG. He kicked off his career in wholesale and retail credit risk management at Bank of Montreal.

Fenton is also the Chief Financial Officer of Lend a Hand Uganda-USA. He earned an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin and a BA from Concordia University, Montreal.

Jaidev Iyer

Jaidev Iyer is co-Founder, Head of Advisory Practices & Board member at RiskCounts.

Jaidev was with Citigroup for 28 years, retiring as Global Head of ICG Operational Risk

Prior roles included heading Risk for Asset Management, Structured Products for Private Banking, Americas Market Risk, Middle East Treasury, Asia Derivatives Financial Engineering, and Asia Market Risk. Jaidev was also UBS IB Head of Operational Risk, Board Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Chairman of the Curriculum Council for MoodysiRSQ.

He is a CFA Charter holder, and has attended programs in Behavioral Finance, and Executive Strategies at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has also attended the Advanced Executive Program at the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Prashant Prabhu

Prashant is RiskCounts' VP of Engineering and Acting CTO. He heads the RiskCounts development team in India is also the Founder and CTO of ThinkingCode, a new generation technology engineering firm based out of Bangalore.

Prashant describes himself as a startup guy with a passion for technology. His passion is solving complex real world problems blending technology, scalable architectures and beautiful design and watching concept turn to reality. He has been helping startups and enterprises both large and small realize their product vision. From technical strategy to product roadmaps, he is involved in innovation for his clients, partners and stakeholders.
