Consulting and Support

RiskCounts is an enterprise-risk product company. It includes a highly focused set of consulting offerings that enable the optimal usage of our digital risk products and technologies.

We perform three kinds of consulting engagements, which are not mutually exclusive.

  • Business Risk Consulting – We assist with the fundamental redesign and reorientation of client Risk operations using a combination of our deep domain skills and business methodologies. We work with business executives and CXOs to understand their business objectives, and major concerns or vulnerabilities.
  • Risk Product Consulting – We work with businesses to focus on their key Risk and Regulatory needs, and as needed to offer and target our products in as-is state, or customized, modified and tailored to more directly and specifically fit client requirements.
  • Technology Consulting – We help customers to rapidly install, customize and obtain business value out of our platform. Our consultants are technology experts in Risk Management and have a deep set of skills in areas as diverse as Big Data, Cloud Computing, BPM and AI – focused on helping clients gain the most out of the technology spend.

While product-based Consulting Support (as described below) is always available along with the purchase of our offerings, customers may optionally purchase a standard set of enabling consulting units.

RiskCounts Support is a core offering. When a customer purchases a RiskCounts product, your implementation is backed by our knowledgeable and committed support team.

We offer 24X7 support services for all areas such as Product installation, troubleshooting, configuration management and upgrades – both for in house as well as cloud customers. Support can be engaged using our web portal to log support cases or by picking up the phone to call into our support center.

While RiskCounts does not support third party packages such as BI tools and databases, we will work with customer IT teams to determine integration issues with the aim of resolving customer complaints in an expeditious manner.
