RiskCounts Support is a core offering. When a customer purchases a RiskCounts product, your implementation is backed by our knowledgeable and committed support team.
We offer 24X7 support services for all areas such as Product installation, troubleshooting, configuration management and upgrades – both for in house as well as cloud customers. Support can be engaged using our web portal to log support cases or by picking up the phone to call into our support center.
While RiskCounts does not support third party packages such as BI tools and databases, we will work with customer IT teams to determine integration issues with the aim of resolving customer complaints in an expeditious manner.
